Plaintiffs, M.C. Nelson and W.K. Dunne, brought an action for damages and an accounting against defendant, C.H. Reisner. Reisner cross-complained for damages. The trial court gave judgment for Reisner on plaintiffs' complaint and in his favor for $30,6431 on his cross-complaint. Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment.
