Our prior opinion is withdrawn.

The offense is transporting vodka, gin and beer in a dry area; the punishment, 90 days in jail and a fine of $200.

Inspectors Brewer, Head and Jones of the Liquor Control Board testified that on the night in question they observed an automobile driven by the appellant, who was accompanied by a woman companion, and followed it until the appellant came to a halt in the driveway of a certain house...
