Meriwether Wright Hardy, appellant herein, and Robert L. Hardy, one of the appellees, husband and wife, separated on January 20, 1956. Exactly one month later, appellant instituted suit for divorce in the Pulaski Chancery Court. Hardy filed his answer on March 7th.
