This an appeal from a judgment in the district court of Montgomery County, in a suit involving the allocation of county road and bridge funds to the several precincts.

Suit was brought by appellees W. T. Jones et al., who were the County Commissioner of Precinct 4 and 14 others, who are residents and taxpayers of such precinct. Defendants were the appellants here, the County Judge, three County Commissioners, the County Treasurer...
