Plaintiff has filed this suit for damages as a result of injuries alleged to have been suffered by her while walking on a sidewalk in the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The alleged accident and injury occurred while plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk on the east side of St. Ferdinand Street when she reached a point in front of the property of the plaintiff at 619 St. Ferdinand. The suit was filed against Mrs. Annie B....
