Fantis involving a shipment of olive oil in tin containers, this action relates to claims by various tobacco interests alleged to have arisen by reason of shipments from Bulgaria, Turkey, and Greece to Newport News and Norfolk on the S. S. Anghyra during the early part of the year 1941. The claimants contend that the tobacco was in good order and condition when stowed aboard the vessel, but...
