This appeal by Cox from an unsatisfactory judgment for damages under the maritime law for unseaworthiness and under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, for negligence and for maintenance and cure presents primarily procedural errors in the exclusion of evidence and in instructions of the Court to the jury.
