Two propositions are presented on this appeal. (1) Constitutionality of Section 239.5, Code 1954, I.C.A. as amended by Chapter 6, Section 4, Acts 56th G.A.; and (2) The overruling of defendants' special appearance.

Pearl B. Collins and her husband have 6 children, ages 5 to 15 years. Both parents are physically incapacitated and unable to provide a reasonable subsistence for themselves and their children. For some time prior to July 1, 1955...
