Joseph J. Gaudin died on February 12, 1956, leaving an instrument purported to be an olographic will dated "9/12/55." Deceased was survived by his mother, a brother and two nieces. One of the nieces was made universal legatee under the purported will, and petitioned for the probate of the will.
