Bielinski, hereafter referred to as decedent, who was killed in an automobile accident September 29, 1950, to recover damages from defendant, James E. Dougherty, d.b.a. Dougherty's Bar, under M.S.A. 340.95, which provides:

"Every husband, wife, child, parent, guardian, employer, or other person who is injured in person or property, or means of support...
