Vincent DiVincenti having been convicted and sentenced1 on a bill of information charging him with gambling in violation of RS 14:90, in that he operated a racehorse handbook, prosecutes this appeal, relying for a reversal thereof on a number of alleged errors committed during the course of the trial that are presented for review in eight bills.
