This action was commenced to recover damages for wrongful death. Cynthia Becker, the deceased five-year-old child of plaintiffs, died as a result of personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligent operation of a bus owned and operated by the defendant. The defendant's answer denied the allegations of negligence and affirmatively alleged contributory negligence on the part of the plaintiff mother.
