The defendant, following a verdict of guilty of falsely claiming to be a United States citizen, 18 U.S.C.A. § 911, moves for a new trial. The only ground alleged for possible consideration is that the court "erred in excluding evidence offered by the defendant of improper arrest, detention and the denial of due process of law and Constitutional guarantees."
