Defendant was charged with violation of section 11500 of the Health and Safety Code in that he unlawfully had heroin in his possession. He admitted allegations of the information that he had been convicted of two felonies (violations of said § 11500). In a jury trial, he was convicted. He appeals from the judgment and the order denying his motion for a new trial.
