The two principal questions in this case grow out of a restriction upon the use of land. The first concerns the enforceability of the restriction; the second, its meaning. One of the appellants, a respondent below, ("Club Manor"), is the owner of a lot known as No. 7300 Park Heights Avenue in the City of Baltimore.
