Appellant Sallie E. Hamilton, plaintiff below, filed suit against appellee to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of drinking a portion of a bottle of Pepsi Cola which contained a rolled up paper match cover and three or four matches. Her husband joined in the action for out-of-pocket expenses and loss of consortium. Appellee denied any negligence on its part and pleaded contributory negligence on the part of Mrs. Hamilton...
