This is an appeal from an order of the Municipal Court of Marion, Ohio, overruling a motion to discharge an attachment in an action brought on an account alleged to be due and owing from defendant, appellant herein, in the amount of $520.20 for hospital services furnished to him at the Marion General Hospital. The action on the account has not proceeded to judgment and is still pending.
