This is an antitrust and price-discrimination action for injunction and damages by thirteen retailers in the Greater New York area of radio, television, and electrical appliances. It is brought against twenty-six defendants, of whom twenty-four are "suppliers," i. e., manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors, and two are retailers operating chain stores in this area.
