Plaintiff, Pratt and Whitney Company, sues the defendant for infringement of patents on a "Fuel Metering Device" and an "Engine Fuel Control" issued to Ferdinando Carlo Reggio on February 10, 1948, and March 30, 1954.

On September 30, 1955 Reggio granted to Niles-Bement-Pond Company an exclusive license under said patents, limited to the field of fuel regulating devices for use with engines for propelling aircraft or guided missiles. The license...
