Defendant Local 264 and individual defendants have been enjoined from picketing approximately 1,700 establishments where plaintiff's cigarette vending machines are located under lease or license agreements between the plaintiff and the location operators. None of the locations is a party to this action. The court below held that it had jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of the action...
