This is a suit for personal injuries to Rayfield Jackson sustained in an accident which occurred on April 11, 1954. Trial was had on the merits on September 28, 1956 resulting in a judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $4,526.70 for written reasons assigned the judgment being against Talbot Young and his insurer, the Great American Indemnity Company of New York. From this judgment on motion of counsel for defendant a suspensive appeal was granted...
