This suit involves the claim of appellants, Eliza Gene Bolton, guardian of Ollie Mae McLeod, Ceola Little McLeod, Johnnie Edward McLeod, and Robert Little McLeod, the dependent children of Johnnie McLeod, a deceased employee, under the Workmen's Compnsation Act, wherein the said minors claimed to be the sole dependents of the deceased at the time of his injury and death.
