This is a suit for damages arising out of an accident occurring on November 12, 1955 on the Airline Highway in East Baton Rouge Parish.

Raymond C. Marrero and his insurer, the Hartford Mutual Insurance Company, filed suit against Warren J. Richard alleging that he negligently turned his Ford immediately in front of and in the path of the Chrysler driven by Marrero.
