In this automobile-pedestrian negligence action, the plaintiff, Vernon Budden, was awarded a jury verdict of $5,000. Defendant now appeals, asserting that a number of prejudicial errors were committed at the trial. These errors largely center about the issues of injury and damages. No attack is made upon the result so far as it disposes of the elements of negligence of the defendant and contributory negligence...
