This is an appeal from an order allowing a creditor to file an amended claim in a bankruptcy proceeding more than six months after the first date set for the first meeting of creditors.1 The question in the case is whether sufficient notice of the claim had been given in the course of the bankruptcy proceeding to warrant the order authorizing the filing of the formal amended claim.
