ETHRIDGE, J.

Appellants Johnston, Price, and Kinard were convicted in the County Court of Warren County of a misdemeanor for a willful trespass upon the land of Lester J. Meng, Lester J. Meng, Jr. and James C. Meng. Defendants waived a jury trial, and by agreement the county court judge heard the case on both the law and facts. The final judgment, affirmed by the circuit court, found defendants guilty as charged.
