Tenants dwelling in two tenement houses have brought this proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to annul a determination and order of the State Rent Administrator granting certificates to evict them from their homes. The avowed purpose of the eviction is to enable the owner of the two buildings recently acquired by it — in fact the deed for one was not even executed...
