Plaintiff, in its complaint against a law firm and a corporation, seeks to recover a money judgment for damages allegedly sustained as the result of the service upon a bank of a third-party subpœna in proceedings supplementary to judgment, an effect of which service was to restrain the bank from paying out money from plaintiff's account in said bank (see Civ. Prac. Act, §§ 779, 781)...
