These are separate actions against the State Highway Commission by John and Jean Cronin to recover damages for personal injuries and property loss sustained in a single accident, allegedly caused by a defect in a State Highway. Demurrers to the respective petitions, based on the ground those pleadings did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action...
