Per Curiam.

In pursuance of subchapter XV of the Social Security Act of the United States (U. S. Code, tit. 42, § 1361 et seq.), the Secretary of Labor is authorized to enter into an agreement with any State under which the State will provide unemployment insurance benefits to Federal employees and such an agreement was effected in 1954 with the State of New York.
