Plaintiff, Glen Wolf, on November 4, 1954, filed in the Circuit Court of Caldwell County his "Petition on Account" in the amount of $5,158 against the Executors of the Estate of Linnie Waggoner, deceased, for services which he alleged were rendered deceased during the years 1941 to 1953, inclusive.
