Robert C. Whittecar, Jr., a minor, was injured while riding in an automobile driven by appellee, Bernard Cheatham. Young Whittecar, by his father, filed this suit, alleging that Cheatham had negligently operated the automobile, and that such negligence resulted in Whittecar's injuries.
