By bill for declaratory judgment, the appellant launched another attack upon the "Fair Trade" Act, Code (1951), Art. 83, secs. 102-110, and particularly upon the so-called "non-signer" provisions. The undisputed facts show that the appellant wilfully and knowingly advertised and offered for sale appellee's trade-marked products at less than the price stipulated in contracts...
