(Hn 1) Drake, the appellant, was convicted of the forceable rape of Mrs. G.D. Fulmer and sentenced to death. In the trial court he was represented by two local attorneys appointed by the court. He is not represented by counsel on this appeal. No assignment of error, brief or other defensive document has been filed on his behalf.
