This is an appeal by Hazel D. Marmaduke, Temple B. Marmaduke, her husband, and William W. Dyer, appellants, from a decree setting aside a deed executed by Frieda Dyer, appellee.

William W. Dyer had been married to Frieda Dyer for nineteen or twenty years. Both had been married before. On November 2, 1939, he purchased a house and lot in Prince George's County, he says, with his own money. He placed the title...
