King and other property taxpaying voters of Carlton Independent School District of Hamilton, Erath, and Comanche Counties, seeking an injunction restraining the trustees of the district from levying a maintenance tax and issuing bonds authorized by an election, upon the ground that the Act of the Legislature by authority of which the election was held is void.
