The appellants were named executor and principal legatees, respectively, under the purported last will and testament of Anna M. Scheidler. They appeal from an order of the Circuit Court upholding and affirming an order of the County Judge, holding this will invalid and refusing to admit it to probate on the ground that the decedent lacked testamentary capacity to execute the purported will.
