Plaintiff, Anson Mase, originally commenced an action against E. H. Keller before the Hennepin County District Court based upon common law negligence alleging injuries to him incurred as the result of an explosion of the Josephine F. during a fishing expedition on Lake Nipigon in September, 1954, when the boat sank to the bottom of the lake. Subsequent to the institution of that suit, defendant removed the matter to this Court alleging admiralty...
