Johanna Pausic, appellant, claiming to be the widow of Louis Pausic, who died on December 23, 1940, filed in the probate court of Jefferson County on November 4, 1955, a petition seeking the appointment of appraisers to set apart to her, out of property owned by Louis Pausic at the time of his death, a widow's exemption both as to personal property and a homestead.
