This is a proceeding to dismiss a teacher on charges of violations of sections 12601, 12604 and 12605 of the Education Code. These sections are a part of what is known as the Dilworth Act, adopted in 1953.

The facts are undisputed. The appellant was employed by respondent district in 1948, and acquired tenure in 1952. In 1950 he signed the oath required by Government Code, section 3103. On October 2, 1953, the district sent all of its employees...
