This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a summary final judgment for the defendant.

The complaint alleged that the defendant was the owner of a certain automobile which was being driven by Robert Deeb, with the knowledge and consent of the defendant, in a northerly direction on 49th Street in St. Petersburg and that by reason of the gross negligence of the defendant's driver the automobile overturned...
