Nine defendants by indictment were charged with various federal offenses relating to intoxicating liquors before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. A jury was waived. Some of the defendants either pled guilty or were acquitted at the trial. Cox, Briggs, Ritter and Meador, four of the defendants who were convicted, have appealed.
