This is an appeal from a final decree dismissing a wife's complaint in equity to secure a transfer of 48 shares of common stock held by the individual defendant1 in defendant corporation. She also seeks 25 shares of nonvoting preferred stock held in the defendant corporation's treasury. The total authorized and issued stock in the corporation consists of 50 shares of common and 50 shares...
