Plaintiff instituted this suit to recover property damages as a result of an intersectional collision which occurred at East Kings Highway and Youree Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana, about 9:30 o'clock A.M. on August 25, 1955. After issue was joined and trial had on the merits, judgment was rendered rejecting the demands of plaintiff and apportioning the costs of court equally between plaintiff and defendant.
