Rayburne (appellant), lessee of the N 1/2 sec. 34, T. 53 N., R. 62 W., 6th P.M., under a Wyoming grazing lease, to expire February 1, 1955, filed an application for a renewal of the lease on November 24, 1954, about a month after O.H. and Alice Queen (respondents), had filed a conflicting application for rental of the same property.
