Donnelly, seeking damages in the amount of $25,000.00 by reason of the death of Raymond Donnelly, who, on July 21, 1952, while a guest aboard the vessel Dewey on the Maumee River near Toledo, Ohio, fell from the vessel into the river and drowned.
