This is an action to determine the ownership of a one-half interest in property located at 5845 Enright Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.

Plaintiff Emma Frisch, who admittedly owned a one-half interest in the property, filed this suit to have herself declared to be the owner of the entire fee. Defendant William A.
