This was an action to recover damages for the breach of an agreement leasing restaurant equipment. As the result of a trial by jury, a verdict was returned and judgment rendered for a sum less than plaintiff contends he was entitled and he appeals.

In view of the specifications of error later mentioned, extensive review of the pleadings is not necessary.
