Defendant was found guilty by a jury of two counts of selling heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500) and one count of maintaining a place for the purpose of selling, giving away, or using heroin. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11557.) His motion for a new trial was denied, and judgment was pronounced against him. He appeals from the judgment and the order denying his motion for a new trial.
