This suit arose from an automobile accident which occurred on March 13, 1954 at about 6:30 P.M. on Highway 165 which leads out of the City of Oakdale, La. John D. Sales was killed in this accident and his widow, on behalf of herself and as natural tutrix of her two minor children, seeks damages against Frank Singletary and Dillard Cloud, claiming the injuries from which he died resulted from the negligence of both defendants.
